Qigong 4 Well-Being
Qigong means “life energy cultivation"
At Sattva, Qigong 4 Well-Being is offered by Tammy Bray through weekly classes, meditation offerings, special events, and introductory programs designed to help students cultivate greater balance, vitality, groundedness, and connection within themselves and their lives.

New to Qigong?
There are two ways to begin practicing with Tammy and the Sattva Qigong community:
Monthly Qigong Meditation
A welcoming and accessible way to experience the meditative side of Qigong through seated or gentle standing practices.

Monthly — 2nd Sunday of each month

Pay what you are able (suggested $10)
These monthly sessions are open to anyone curious about Qigong, meditation, energetic awareness, or mindful presence.
Weekly Qigong Sessions
Sundays — 9:30am
Mondays — 9:00am
Tuesdays — 5:30pm
Thursdays — 5:30pm
Intro to Qigong 4 Well-Being
For those interested in developing an ongoing Qigong practice, the Intro to Qigong series is the required starting point.
In this introductory experience, students begin learning:

Foundational Qigong principles

Breath practices
-
Gentle flowing movements
-
Meditation and energetic awareness
-
The three dantians (energy centers)
-
Posture, grounding, and relaxation techniques
-
How Qigong supports nervous system regulation and whole-being wellness
Qigong is approachable for many bodies and experience levels and offers a practice of slowing down, cultivating awareness, and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythms and energy. Completion of this Intro Series is required before joining ongoing Qigong membership classes at Sattva.
