Kirtan w/ LocaLokah
Saturday, April 4th, 2026 | 6:30PM - 8PM | $25
Kirtan is a joyous celebration of the soul, a melodic journey that unites voices and hearts in devotion. As rhythmic chants and uplifting melodies fill the air, a deep sense of peace and connection emerges, dissolving worries and opening the heart to divine love.
The repetition of sacred mantras creates a meditative flow, where voices merge in harmony, transcending the self and fostering a profound sense of unity. In the call-and-response singing, there is an infectious bliss—an invitation to let go, be present, and surrender to the pure joy of devotion. Join Localokah as they come home to Sattva to share their hearts and music with you. Chant and be Happy!
Slow Down: Sound Meditation w/ Jenn
Friday, April 10th | 7pm-8:30pm | $30*
As we move through the reflective energy of the waning moon, this sound meditation offers a space to slow down, release stress, and integrate what life has been asking of you. Through the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, your nervous system is invited to settle, your mind to quiet, and your body to rest. This point in the lunar cycle supports letting go and recalibrating—making it a powerful time to pause and reset. No experience needed. Just come as you are and allow the sound to support you.
*No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If $30 feels like too much for you to give and you would still like to attend this special event, please email Jenn Pagewise at jenn@aunifiedmind.com.

Sacred Journey Through India
Over 11 days and 10 nights (February 15–25, 2027)
Over 11 days and 10 nights (February 15–25, 2027), Megan Grandinetti leads a small group of pilgrims through Northern India's most sacred destinations — beginning with two nights in Delhi exploring Old Delhi's Mughal landmarks and Gandhi's legacy, then three nights in Rishikesh for sunrise temple treks, Ganga Aarti ceremonies, and meditation at ancient caves along the river, followed by a night in Vrindavan visiting Krishna's most beloved temples, two nights in Agra for a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and finally two nights in Varanasi for early morning boat rides on the Ganges, an excursion to Sarnath where the Buddha first taught, and a closing yoga session before departure.
Throughout, the days are woven together by daily Ashtanga and Yin Yoga sessions, meditation, all meals, private transportation, and expert local guides — a complete immersion in the land where yoga was born.
