Full Moon Sound Meditation
w/ Jenn Pagewise

Friday, July 10th | 7pm | $30*

Through the immersive tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, chimes, and meditative soundscapes, you’ll be guided into a state of calm where the nervous system softens and the spirit has room to breathe. The Waxing Gibbous phase carries an energy of gathering, illuminating, and preparing, making this an ideal time to reconnect with intention, gratitude, and inner clarity.

 

Come as you are and allow yourself to be carried on waves of sound beneath the nearly full moon’s silver glow.

Embodied Movement
w/ Mia Becker

Saturday, July 11th | 7pm-8:30pm | $45*

Embodied movement is about how movement feels, not how it looks. It’s a process of coming back home to your body and discovering what authenticity, groundedness, and confidence actually feel like in your body. The word “embodied” itself means to be connected to the sensations and senses of the body and experiencing the world through that lens. The Embodied Movement Workshop is a 90-minute immersive experience to explore your body, movement, expression, and presence in a comfortable, welcoming space.

 

If you’ve ever wanted to feel more confident in your body or understand your body’s movement and expression on a deeper level, this is for you. I won’t be teaching dance technique, but rather sharing practices that allow you to fully tap into your authentic expression and inhabit your body in a way you haven’t before.

 

In addition to somatic practices, embodiment exercises, and movement explorations, we will consider what it means to live and move from an embodied place. What to expect: Gentle movement warm up to wake up the body Somatic practices to deepen awareness of the body Embodied movement to explore the capacity of the body to soften, open, and play This workshop is for humans of all levels of ability and mobility. No previous experience is necessary.

Sacred Journey Through India

Over 11 days and 10 nights (October 8-18, 2027)

Over 11 days and 10 nights (October 8th-18th, 2027), Megan Grandinetti leads a small group of pilgrims through Northern India's most sacred destinations — beginning with two nights in Delhi exploring Old Delhi's Mughal landmarks and Gandhi's legacy, then three nights in Rishikesh for sunrise temple treks, Ganga Aarti ceremonies, and meditation at ancient caves along the river, followed by a night in Vrindavan visiting Krishna's most beloved temples, two nights in Agra for a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and finally two nights in Varanasi for early morning boat rides on the Ganges, an excursion to Sarnath where the Buddha first taught, and a closing yoga session before departure.

 

Throughout, the days are woven together by daily Ashtanga and Yin Yoga sessions, meditation, all meals, private transportation, and expert local guides — a complete immersion in the land where yoga was born.
