Sattva Center for Meditation & Yoga is based on a vision that came to Megan while she was sitting at the feet of her spiritual master, Mooji. It is through his Grace that Sattva has been created.
The word "guru" means one who dispels darkness. We give salutations to those that come before us, to those that lead us in the direction of Truth and light and ourSelves.
Keep your mind inside your Heart. This is true wisdom.
