Sri HWL Poonja once said that "Meditation is when the mind is free and not holding thoughts. Let the thoughts come and go but do not run after them." Each session is intended to bring you out of your thoughts and into yourself, whether through use of breath, mantra, simple guidance, or silence. No experience is required. Come as you are, and be ready to look within.  


Regular meditation is offered most Wednesdays at 7:00pm (ONLINE!) and most Saturdays at 9am (In-Person) on a pay-what-you-are-able scale. Please also check our "Events" page for special Kirtan, chanting & meditation events.
