Yoga
At Sattva, we are interested in teaching you yoga and mindful movement practices, not "selling" you yoga. So you will notice that each of these offerings is a series of classes intended to serve as a commitment--for you to show up, breathe, learn and integrate what your teacher is offering. Each series has its own teacher, so if you try one series of yoga, and it doesn't stick, feel free to come back to learn from one of our other many experienced, talented instructors. You must register in advance for any series you plan to take--click the "register here" button for the series you're interested in learning, and register through Gymatch. Soulful Flow

Open up to the changing nature of experience (prakriti) while remaining anchored in the sacredness of that which is stable (purusha). This vinyasa series taught by Dayna Pinkerton will explore the meeting ground of spirit and matter through a meditative flow. We will deconstruct common fluid postural practices (like sun salutes) with variations that promote body/spirit connection and fun!
All levels. Infused with inspirational readings to promote self-compassion and self-understanding.
