What is Qigong 4 Well-Being?

Qigong — "life energy cultivation" — is an ancient practice combining slow movement, intentional breath, and meditation to support whole-body wellness. The core focus of Qigong 4 Well-Being is to relieve and release stress and tension, opening you up to deeper healing, balance, and vitality.

Meet your Qigong 4 Well-Being Teacher, Tammy Bray

Tammy Bray (MS in Counseling, Qigong Practitioner/Educator, Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher, 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and Certified in Spiritual Direction) has been practicing Qigong for 15 years, discovering it as the foundation for her own personal health and vitality program before sharing these ancient Eastern teachings.

She completed an intensive Qigong program in 2023 and studies primarily with Lee Holden (Holden Qigong) and Master Mingtong Gu (Wisdom Healing Qigong), along with other esteemed guidance. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in Eastern healing arts, including Reiki, Kundalini, and Hatha Yoga, Tammy brings a grounded, compassionate approach to energy work.

She is also a Reiki master, soul artist, and lifelong explorer. Questions about any of Tammy's classes? Reach her directly at joyfulvibraytions@gmail.com.
