Drumming & Humming Class at Sattva
Connecting to ourselves, our bodies, and each other through percussion and sound.
What is Drumming & Humming?
This class will focus on connecting ourselves with our bodies as well as each other with percussion and sound. We will hum as well as chant in this class, while playing a variety of drums or shakers if you choose to do so. All are welcome and will be invited to participate however there is also a benefit to simply being present with the energy created in the class.
