Polyvagal Reset Class
A gentle approach to calming your nervous system, relieving daily stress, and restoring inner safety.
What is Polyvagal?
Polyvagal Theory explains how our nervous system scans the environment for cues of safety and stress, controlling whether we feel calm and connected, stuck in fight-or-flight anxiety, or overwhelmed and shut down. When modern stress, past trauma, or hectic schedules keep your body trapped in chronic survival mode, standard talk therapy alone isn't always enough to help you unwind. A Polyvagal Reset offers a gentle, body-first ("bottom-up") approach—using intentional breathwork, gentle somatic movement, visualization, and meditation to directly stimulate the vagus nerve, signaling safety back to your nervous system so you can restore deep rest, improve digestion, and regain mental clarity.
