Northern India is a profound tapestry of cultures, traditions, and spiritual legacies shaped over millennia. Curated by Nature Horizons and hosted by Sattva Center, this sacred journey traces the revered Yamuna and Ganges rivers through destinations that have defined India’s spiritual, architectural, and philosophical heritage.
From the vibrant metropolis of Delhi, we journey into the Himalayan foothills to Rishikesh—the Yoga Capital of the World—to practice along the holy Ganges. We continue downstream to Vrindavan (the land of Lord Krishna), visit the timeless Taj Mahal in Agra, and culminate in Varanasi, the spiritual heart of India.
Throughout the retreat, enjoy daily Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Meditation sessions alongside deep cultural immersion.
