Open to Wisdom Healing Qigong 4 Well-Being (Members Only)
Qigong 4 Well-Being Membership Required to Join this Class
This weekly class will include teachings and practice (movement, meditation, sound healing and embodied awakening) of Wisdom Healing Qigong. This has been created by Master Mingtong Gu in the past few decades as a result of his healing and training in Zhineng Qigong, which he learned from and experienced with his teacher, Master Dr. Pang Ming in China at the medicine-less hospital.
These are possible pathways into healing and awakening, and coming home to your body. This way of Qigong continues to emphasize the formlessness (unseen life force energy) at the roots of the ancient art of Qigong. It promotes the health and vitality benefits of an ongoing experience of how to live in the present moment with an embodied awareness of this energy.
You will learn how to set a Chi Field, and over time we will work with practices such as "Lift Chi Up/Pour Chi Down", "Awaken Your Vitality", Full Moon meditation and more. To engage in this class is to want to deepen one's skills in living life in awareness and relationship with subtle energy within and all around us, which truly can bring us into living deeper relaxation, sense of peace and harmony, joy and health and vitality in everyday life.

Ashtanga Led Primary Series (Members Only)
Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga established by T. Krishnamacharya (and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois) designed to purify the body through breath and movement to bring stillness to the mind.
In a Led Primary Series class, students are led through the Primary Series in connection with their breath. Because we move with the breath and we move dynamically in the body, this is a physically challenging class.
Beginners to yoga or to the Ashtanga method are encouraged to practice several Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga class before attending a Led Primary class.
Monthly Meditation
Sri HWL Poonja once said that "Meditation is when the mind is free and not holding thoughts. Let the thoughts come and go but do not run after them."
Each meditation session is intended to bring you out of your thoughts and into yourself, whether through use of breath, mantra, simple guidance, or silence.
No experience is required. Come as you are, and be ready to look within.
Somatic Saturdays
Do you remember what it is like to play? To make silly sounds and move your body in different ways just because it feels good?
That’s what Somatic Saturdays are for. Exploration of your body, of sound, and of movement, so you can emerge a little lighter and a little more like yourself.
Iyengar Yoga Drop-In Class
Iyengar Yoga is the practice of skillful action. When paying exquisite attention to alignment, both body and mind open to the “fragrance” of each asana. Classes focus on correct alignment, intentional sequencing, and the skillful use of props (blocks, straps, blankets, chairs). You will feel supported, stable, and find clarity in each pose whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
Iyengar Yoga also systematically builds strength and flexibility, in both body and mind, as each class cultivates concentration, breath awareness, and mindfulness.
We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Restorative Iyengar with Pranayama
Restorative practices have been a part of the Iyengar method from the very start. In fact, any restorative style of yoga can be traced back to B.K.S. Iyengar’s format of introducing props, in what we now generally refer to as restorative poses, to find stability and comfort.
In the Iyengar method, a restorative practice uses the props (bolsters, blankets, chairs) not only to remove effort, but to direct awareness, deepen alignment, and allow the body and mind to truly settle. In these moments of supported stillness, we cultivate a presence of mind that allows for the deeper essence of yoga to arise within oneself.
Restorative yoga and pranayama go together. As the body releases tension, directed breath work draws the attention inward and calms the nervous system, creating a mindful sense of well-being.
Join me in this weekly class and give your nervous system the ‘massage’ it needs!

Polyvagal Reset
Polyvagal Reset Class is an opportunity to take care of your nervous system from the inside out. Your vagus nerve is like the internet of your body. It communicates all of our major organs and impacts sleep, digestion, healing and how we cope with daily life among many other things. Many of us find ourselves in an activated state on a regular basis due to ongoing stressors and past traumas. With all of the distractions of life and technology we have also become disconnected from ourselves.
This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself! We will be caring for your overall nervous system with breath, gentle somatic release techniques, mediation, visualization and gentle movement. This class takes a "bottom up" approach meaning we will be focusing on connecting our bodies to our minds, empowering ourselves to move through feelings and utilize them as information. All emotions are welcome and will be supported in a way that feels comfortable for you.
No prior experience needed! Everything we do in this class is an invitation, with no expectations attached. You get to be in charge of your own healing.
